What power does the system need, and what if the venue has none?
A concert-grade rig does not run off household outlets. We plan the power with you: if the venue has enough service we tie into it with our own distribution case, built in-house so every run is labelled and correctly rated. If the site cannot support the system, or there is no service at all, we bring a 200-amp event generator for $1,000 and the whole rig runs off it.
What happens above 500 guests?
We stop quoting from a table and survey the site. Above 500 the answer depends on the ceiling, the throw distance, whether the array can be flown, where power lands, and how the load-in works. We walk the venue, then quote against a real stage plot. Start a survey request and we book the walkthrough.
How does the add-on discount work?
Every full $1,000 you spend on add-ons takes $200 off your order, with a package or when you build your own. So $3,000 base plus $2,000 of add-ons is $400 off, for $4,600. It only counts full thousands: $999 of add-ons takes nothing off. The quote builder shows the discount as you cross each threshold.
Why is the smallest package for 250 guests?
Because this is touring gear, not a party-speaker rental. The smallest rig we send is two powered tops and two bass cabinets, which covers a room of 250 comfortably. If you are running something much smaller, we are honest that you are paying for headroom you will not use, and it is worth telling us on the call.
Do the speakers need separate amplifiers?
No. Every box in our fleet is powered, with its own amplifier and processor on board. There is no amp rack in the quote, nothing extra to rent, and nothing extra to power. It also means a failed cabinet never takes its neighbours down with it.
Can I rent a single subwoofer or a single line array box?
No. Bass cabinets and line array modules go out in pairs. A single sub drags the low end to one side of the room, and a single array module is not an array. Top speakers are the exception: after the pair in your package, additional single tops are $200 each.
Do you build the stage as well?
Yes. Plywood decking is $50 per 4 by 4 foot panel and glass is $100 per panel, both configurable up to 20 by 30 feet. Add a DJ booth stand for $150 and the booth is dressed rather than sitting on bare road cases.
Where do you work, and how is delivery handled?
We run two hubs, New York and the Carolinas, and cover the East Coast between them. That is New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Delivery is quoted with your booking based on how far the venue sits from whichever hub is nearer, so a job in Charlotte is not priced off a truck leaving Brooklyn.
Is there someone running the sound on the night?
The rig is delivered, set, and sound checked by our crew. If you want someone on the desk or on the mic for the event itself, we staff it by the hour. DJ services start at $250 for the first hour and $200 per hour after, and an MC is $50 per hour. Video wall panels are not staffed time: they are $150 per panel and sit with the power and staging items.
